The Fujifilm Center at the Blue Route Mall damaged my film sent in for processing, beyond repair. I understand that with film there is always a risk in developing it. My complaint is directed rather at the way in which the situation was handled. The manager was unapologetic and down right rude. He was condescending, unsympathetic to my memories being lost, redirected the blame to another service provider and ultimately hung up on me. I cannot believe that an individual like this is chosen to manage and present a company. You have unfortunately lost my business in services and products.
