IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST THREE MONTHS AGO THAT I BOOKED A SERVICE CALL WITH YOUR BRANCH OUT IN MILNERTON TO HAVE MY WASHING MACHINE REPAIRED.PHONED LATE JULY AND STILL AWAITING THE PHONE CALL TO SAY WHEN THE SERVICE AGENTS ARE COMING OUT TO DO A SERVICE CALL AS WELL AS AN ASSESSMENT OF THE MACHINE.I DO NOT KNOW IF THE MACHINE IS RUNNING ON ELECTRICITY OR DIESEL.PLS ADVISE AS WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS MATTER TENDED TOO BEFORE THE YEAR RUNS OUT.
