Hi, Just would love to leave some positive feedback after such great service we received.
We were helped a few weeks back with an issue with our Skullcandy Aviators, and were helped tremendously, Janis you really went out that extra mile to assist us when we knew that maybe we would be unable to do anything, although you managed to do what ever you could to help us replace the headphones as the one ear cup stopped working. We have been testing our new pair and they work perfectly!! i am just so pleased that i met someone like you who was able to assist us. Please keep up your good work, many people out there will surely appreciate it!! Janis you are a real asset to your workplace! i really hope they realise that!
