I phoned Riaan to find out if he can help me setting up my Top TV after moving to new premises. He assured me that he can help and that he'll be coming at plus minus 15h00 in the afternoon. My two kids were at home when this happened and told them to give him the money as soon as the tv is up and running.
My children informed me that he was very persistant on getting the money and then had no choice as to give it to him. As i arrived home, everything was EXACTLY as it was the morning we left!!! He left me an invoice with the words "PHONE TOP TV" and told me via telephone that top tv will fix it!
After going throught this irritating procedure, the employee at top tv told me that the installaer must come out and fix it as he HAS BEEN PAID ALready!!! This RIAAN refused to answer my calls!!! I sent him sms's and still no reply!!! He sent me a msg the next day to say he will come fix it the next afternoon. WHICH ALSO NEVER HAPPENED!!! I JUST FEEL THE NEED THAT EVERYONE MUST SEE WHAT A AND -ARTIST HE IS!!! AND I WILL DO MY BEST TO SPREAD THE WORD!!! RIAAN @ TELLY-SAT = TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
