LG cant get their website right??

I have a very small repair question. I contacted the LG call centre, and after the usual waiting period and a few transfers, and some more waiting, I spoke with someone who sounded very uncertain, and who asked me to create a service request on their website. This turns out to be impossible: Do this with me:

Go to [URL Removed]
On the Top menu, click "support" then "Repair Service"
A new page opens. Scroll down to "Not an account holder": Click on "Confirm"

Now the only way to send email message, is to select a product (as it is marked as a compulsory field). Yet, clicking on "Find a product" brings up empty lists. So there is no way to continue. Tested on Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Really LG?? Your call centre doesn't know, and your website doesn't work! And this has been like this for a week, and it doesn't seem like anyone is interested in doing anything about it! And there is not a single email address on the site! It seems Hellopeter is the only way to contact you! One would expect more from a company of this size!

Please let me know what my next step would be to get my problem sorted out.
