Unprofessionalism & incompetency at Cell Network

I experienced frustration from the outset of my application with Cell Network Sandton, beginning March 2013.
Firstly there was a delay of receiving the product I requested, i received 2 or 3 sms's confirming my application however it was more than a month down the line once i received my laptop.
The initial application was incorrectly processed and it's was down hill from there.
In spite of my numerous requests and time with staff & management to rectify my account, it was'nt actioned.
This really is my story in a 'nut shell', my experience however clearly illustrates the incompetency and unprofessionalism of the staff and management at Cell Network Sandton.
