I received an sms "StratCol reminds you of your debit order on 2013-04-25 in favor of TELETOP for R99.00" on Wednesday the 24th. I phoned StratCol just to hear they cannot help me. Yes, that's right. They put a debit order on my account without my permission, but they can't help me. The lady gave me the number of Teletop in Durban. She told me I am rude after I asked her if I could speak to her manager and she put the phone in my ear. I phoned Teletop on the same day. They assured me they will cancel the debit order. Guess what? It went off. I phoned Thursday, she assured me the money will be paid back. I phoned Friday. She assured me the money will be paid back. Guess again. Money not paid back. I asked her who gave her permission to take money from my account. She told me a finger error occured when entering the bank account number. That is the biggest nonsense I've heard in long time. Look at StatCol's rating on Hello Peter. Surely there is something we can do together. All the replies from. Stratcol is the same. Nothing gets done. Its a continues thing.
