My husband is studying through Damelin and since we've had a baby he's finding it difficult to study. We both tried cancelling the studies but they've given us the round around. First the man who helped with application of studies said he can't help us. Then we had to email the director. Now they're saying they need a detailed LETTER and they will CONSIDER cancelling. Surely it's out right to cancel when we choose. It's our money and our choice. Also, we've spoken over the phone and sent detailed emails, so where's the need for a letter? I think they're just stalling. We need this sorted right now because they're debiting our account and he's not studying so it's money being wasted.
