Ive paid but still recieving a letter of torture

Iam student, received a letter from unisa that i owe money whereas i ve paid the account in full and they are telling me that the want to cancell one of my modules and i dont understand coz my account is zero so clearly some one in finance isnt doing their job, ive emailed them 7times yesterday stating that is urgent but they didnt even bother by replying
