Hi there! This is my 3rd attempt. Unisa, please don't ignore my complaint. I will keep submitting the same complaint on HelloPeter until someone from Unisa actually responds and helps with my problem.
About 2 months ago, I requested via MYUNISA website to cancel one of my study modules.
Well... WHY IS THAT THE MODULE IS STILL THERE ON MY MYUNISA ACCOUNT AND I STILL DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK???
