I have 1 subject left to complete my honours degree, I registered for the course on the 1st of March and paid the required amount. Since then I have had no feedback on the registration, when I log into the myunisa system it says 'Awaiting handling at section'. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I have sent emails and a message on Twitter, I tried the registrations phone number but it is engaged.
This is the last year that my course is offered and if I don't complete it I will need to change to another course and do 2 compulsory subjects, setting me back by 3 years effectively.
This is absolutely pathetic service! Can someone answer my emails and complete my registration, there must be assignments due soon for this subject and I will be penalised if they are late!
