I wrote my MCDST and a few other courses with IT Business campus in 2006 i got my diploma paid a nice fee and started working. I not too long after that had a accident and was left without my report card and diploma, i called ITBC and asked them if by any chance they could assist. They had no recollection who i was and no student number could be provided. However they did say they could help me by possibly finding my info and just handing me a new diploma and report card. I am now in 2013 and i still have no feed back and everytime a new person replaced the previous woman or man working there. I now wanted to write my MCITP and upgrade and hey guess what, l no feed back with that either. So please tell me what am i suppose to do.
