Geko Divers very unprofessional

Unfortunately me and my wife had a bad experience with Geko divers. My wife was very nervous doing her open water course, but no extra attention was given to her. I finished my course with them in October 2012. My wife preferred to finish her course with another dive center close by and after receiving one to one training (at the other shops own expense) at the end of Jan 2013. She received her diving card 2 weeks later from Padi. I am still waiting for my card after following up numerous times and just being told that it was ordered, that Padi only sends it in groups of cards, that it is at DHL Customs being cleared and finally today that there is some cards from the October group that are delayed due to some Post office strike. Every time being promised to be here within the next 2 weeks... Just makes you wonder. And also lying to one of their own instructors saying that they paid the money back for my wife's course even though they refused to pay even a part of it back. Their facilities are not looked after and untidy. Overall a business not run very well unfortunately.
