Confirmation of Qualification

I wrote my last module for my qualification (Information science) last year October but still have not received confirmation of completion. I sent emails to the registration department, information science department, more than a month ago, and still got no response. It would have been good to get a response sooner so that if i'm expected to register i may do so while there's still time. i am now really frustrated because i don't know what else to do and i need this to apply for internships/jobs.
