Refund- Over Paid

Good Day,

My Study Fees for 5 subjects came to R5900. I have paid the amount of R2855.00 on registration day the 25/01/2013 ref#: 5661/052 and then deposited a Cheque of R4720 on the 05/02/2013 ref# 3215/204. Which mean I paid my fees in excess of R1675.00 I have mailed [email protected] with a signed letter attached about my refund 11/02/2013. I received an Out of Office but still no feedback? Could anyone please advise me when I will be refunded? Thanks
