Have had trouble from the word go

I've been with impak for the past 2 years. I'm 25 and have been in a working environment before. I head troubles in my younger youth in public schools. So after the firms I worked for close down I decided to finish my schooling. I did the ANSC curriculum last year with impak of which I didn't have a proper english or economics curriculum, thank I managed to pass, even though it was low grades. Now doing my matric, I've encountered yet other problems, that have caused big trouble. 1) books were delivered to me only in March., and being in matric this has caused a major problem, as I have to squeeze studying, projects, and somewhere school work in 2 terms. 2) when recieving my 1St term "report" I noticed that they had still not marked my economics test and assignment which I handed in 2 months before, and my orale marks had not been reflected, which I have sent numerous e mails about with no response at all in any form. I find this terrible that I even have to write such things, I'm not normally a person that complains. Seems they only respond on this website
