I have been a student with UNISA since Jan 2013.
I received correspondence that I had to rewrite CLA1503 . I rewrote the exam and I did not receive my results. Upon further investigation I was informed January 2014 that I did not need to rewrite the paper.
I do not have 24hrs access to Internet, I cannot check my online status regularly and therefore accepted the written correspondence as correct. Because of this miscommunication I wasted time studying and wrote an unnecessary paper.
This mishap influenced my credits, and because of this miscommunication I cannot continue to study towards my degree and to realise my dream of becoming an Accountant.
I have been contact and emailing UNISA on a day bases and no one can help Me. all advice they can give me is to contact Ombudsman, what i did do and still haven't reserved correspondence. Bad service is not the word registration end Friday the 24 of January 2014.
