Unisa - Dissatisfactory Application feedback/ comm

I have submitted an application to Unisa via the online portal. This was done last year. Since then I have received a request to re-submit the documents that accompanied my initial application which I have done. I then followed up on the 3012/2013 as to the status of my application and also on the 06/01/2014 and have received no feedback on both instances. I have also attempted contacting Unisa via the numbers listed online but with no joy.
A colleague of mine has begun this process on 13/01/2014 and have received feedback and confirmation of submission. The service that I am currently receiving is terrible and I am very dissatisfied to this point.
