My problem began in Nov 2013 when the on line registration began. Well i have been trying to register to study my B Tech in Forensic Investigation on line, how ever if gives me an error that some document still outstanding (for which i know i submitted everything when was applying to register). moving forward went to the branch in DBN and they said they cant help me need to email to applications (which was done 3 times now) even send them an sms and tried calling. all i recieved so far is an automative response.
