While trying to register my 2 younger brothers for "safety in community" cause, TNC WANTED R7000 cash upfront per student. Not even a University requires a 100% upfront payment. Whats special about this college? i agreed to pay at least 50%, and then sign an arrangement to pay the rest. Because i had to leave for work, TNC asked these kids to return on the 13/01/2014. Today they went, but they were taken pillar to post. So many poor black children were not able to register due to this lot of money demand. We have decided to apply for EduLoan. But EduLoan requires student numbers. TNC is not willing to give them student numbers. Why? Please find out for me. I think mainly bcos they do not qualify for their in house bursary. If this is an ANC policy, then ANC . Pls tell them for me. I want these kids to go to school, to study "safety in community"
pls help hellopete
