I logged on this morning to check on the progress of my couriered package of my study material only to find that it is being POSTED and not COURIERED!!! How is this even possible!!!???
I specifically selected that my study material be couriered as I do not have postal facilities at my complex.
This is highly frustrating after having my registration delayed by over 21 days, leaving me with no option but to put a complaint up on Hello Peter and now another problem.
Please urgently assist before I have no other option but to LAY A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
