I registered for two modules, bookkeeping to trail balance and business literacy. When I received my PoE, there's only one PoE and I'm expecting two. I call the call centre the following day (17/10/2013) spoke to Shenikar and I explain the situation, they had the nerve to tell me both are in the same package, maybe its hidden in a invisible envelope. I am then told that it has been sent via speed service and I will receive it on Monday the 21st October 2013. Rostill then confirms via email that it has been sent on the 18th. I gave some allowance but now its over a week and I still don't have it. Speed service my foot! I work, so the time I have to complete this PoE is limited. I don't know how they expect me to have it completed by the 11th which is one week away.
I need this resolved, you guys are playing with my money, my time and my future. I honestly thought that ICB would help me get a good qualification but how to I do that without the necessary material???
