Willowbridge College
Enrolled course not supplied - no refund

I enrolled my daughter on a course with this college to start in July 2013 and it never commenced.
In the meanwhile I started paying to get a headstart.
I was told that the money will be refunded to me on apllication, but everyday I phoned it would be paid in tomorrow, or Monday or next week.
It is now almost October and I am still waiting.
