Three weeks ago I applied to study at Unisa next year. If you apply you must pay an application fee, which I tried to do, but they sent me an incorrect account number. I emailed them three weeks ago requesting the correct details and had no response. I sent an email every week since then and I have still had no feedback. I tried to phone them as well, but the line is always busy. I think this is pathetic, especially for an academic institution.
