Error F126 when registering

I've been trying to register via the Online option for about 2 weeks now and each time end up with the dreaded F126 error on the website. I'm concerned that I miss the deadline (which is tomorrow) and even tried to register late at night to try and avoid congestion on the site.

Please can someone help me to get registered! This seems to be a common problem on the website judged by the number of complaints about similar problems.
