As with many of the other complainants regarding Stratcol - i have been debited for some or other service I have not signed up for or received!!! Stratcol has billed me and taken money out of my FNB account with out my knowledge OR permission. I have gone directly to them - as FNB gave me the substandard "the bank is not responsible" rubbish excuse and 48 hours later the issue is still to be resolved... funny how they had NO problem taking my money without asking my permission...
I want my money back. I want my banking fees paid back. I want an explanation as to HOW the you have access to people's private details - because paying me back is simply not enough at this stage. I need to understand how this works and how our banks are failing us!
These people have my id number and bank account details - how much of a violation of my privacy must this be before someone takes note and puts a stop to this rubbish!!
