I registered on the 2nd of January and paid my fees in full the next day but it still says on MyUnisa that my registration is in progress. I do not have any documents to submit since I was registered last year so I don't see what the problem is.
I am amazed that the only way to get someone to do something at Unisa is to complain on Hello Peter. This is the worst registration I have had to deal with in the entire time I have been at Unisa.
I also noticed that your payment form still says ABSA bank instead of Standard Bank and all the boxes are in the wrong position. I don't know how something so sloppy could have just been put on your website without anyone noticing.
I also suggest you get rid of the funny 4 character bank number and get one like everyone else in the country has. It makes it impossible to do transfers from another bank and I don't see why you are so special that you have to have a bank code like that.
I also suggest that you do not require a payment form to be sent for bank deposits since you can tell who it is from and for what from the reference field.
Unisa needs a senior management change to sort out the disaster of a university it has become.
