I emailed Innocentia and asked for it then she forwarded it to Student Support, i replied a couple of hours later asking how long does it take to email me a statement, she transferred me to student support and this is what i heard "We are experiencing technical difficulties please call back during office hours from 8am to 17pm" this happened between 8am and 17pm i do not know on what time intec is on but I WANT MY STATEMENT i still by today regret every spending my hard earned money with intec...
