I live in an enclosed area in Allen Grove Kempton Park, opposite the sports grounds of the Impala Laer School, which has been mostly trouble free but now no longer the case since the school decided to build a gate directly opposite my property. Subsequently the parents of the school find it convenient to park on my driveway in some cases trespassing on my property and in other blocking access to my property by parking as they put it, "on public domain".
When asked to refrain from parking on the driveway I have been threatened, harassed and verbally abused by the parents of this "prestigious school", a wonderful example they are setting for their children.
The other complaint I have is that these self same parents and their offspring find it convenient to litter at will in front of my property another wonderful example being set by parents and pupils.
I have requested the principal of the school to request parents from infringing on my rights and also to provide education of the parents and pupils on how to dispose of litter correctly but to date parents and pupils continue as before.
