I dont know where to start because i have not spoken to anyone of the listed contacts, either line is busy or just rings. i am not sure whether they are still in business or not or whether they still provide a service in South Africa. Only 2 people employed there wayeed from the call centre and Chanel Breytanbach business school.
not sure whether the sms contacts provided are just to waist our airtime or they really exist and funny thing is i went through the same ish last year until i decide to involve the ombudsman and send 16 emails ccing all a day a month later i got a response. and this is supposed to be a learning institution and they are not available in january. wow. cant say i am shocked, this is something normal @ Unisa. NOT AVAILABLE but they will provide with a 100 contact number or methods of communication.
