Contacted various advisors per email and telephonically due to missing text books, they request the picking slip from me on every contact I make and have the wrong delivery address on their system although it is clearly written on my application and also have informed them per email and telephonically!
I request feedback from them as to what is happening with the missing books but never get response. I have on record all the email correspondence with the 4 student advisors but to no avail.
