Unisa takes MONTHS to get back to students via email regarding registration. Before a response, phone calls go unanswered. Regional centres NEVER answer calls. While one may register online, there are always complications with NO ONE to help. Surely something needs to be done about this utterly poor and beyond unacceptable service?
