After weeks of struggling and sending over 7 e-mails to UNISA AND still not receiving ANY feedback I decided to visit the branch closest to me. After three useless in a week I received NO feedback or even a simple guideline. I have been studying through UNISA for the past 3 years and I find this to be very unprofessional.
I went to the Rustenburg branch 3 times this past week in hope of receiving guidance. There was not a single individual who could tell me what my course comprised of and what modules i would still need to complete. Every person i saw gave me a different answer. What is the purpose of having a branch in Rustenburg if the people who are suppose to guide us send us home with no help whatsoever. This is not what i expect from the University of South Africa.
I would just like to know how much longer UNISA will continue to ignore the needs of their students and start supplying decent service. They can at least employ individuals in the correct places as a student counselor should be able to give guidelines as to what modules should be taken.
