Overall decline in standard

The straw that broke the camel's back: Mail sent to Unisa on 8 May 13 re international exams. Follow up sent on 21 May 13 as no response was received. Exam is scheduled for tomorrow (7/6/13) and I am still waiting for a response.

I am highly disgusted and disappointed in Unisa. I have had so many issues this semester, including:
Lack of response, communication and care towards student.
Study material received late - given there was a postal strike this can be forgiven, however assignment memo's are still only arriving after the exams have been written.
Incorrect registration for examinations.
Examinations not being reviewed for errors prior to the examination taking place.
Study/prescribed material not received at all, resulting in a "more focused scope to work" for examinations which quite frankly is ridiculous considering Unisa have been "shaping futures" for 140 years.
