Not clear how did they obtain my marks

I'm doing EUP module I received a confirmation that I recieved zero percentage on assignment 4 on my ITLab only to findout that I have done it time and I have a proof that I passed it while I got confirmation that I got 0% and another thing it is difficult to address the matter as there is no contact ro e-mail information of the person responsible for the subject. I also save proof that I have done the assignments to avoid such thing I have a proof for that assignment
