Just over 5 months into the year and I am still awaiting the relevant workbook for my maths year module. After having contacted the despatch department regularly which is also an inconvenience since they do not have a contact number.
In the interim 2 assignments have been due. The course lecturer also replied with a mere "I really do not understand where your study guides are. Other students have received theirs." This after my fellow students can verify that they have either not yet received them, or they have only just received their study guides.
