I contacted Jakaranda Staal Dakke for a quotation for 20 carports. Upon request I've emailed them the detail and they telephonically confirmed that they received it and will send me a quote the same day. It is now more than seven days later and I've tried to contact them almost three times a day on their two landline and a cellphone for Hans, but to date have been unsuccessful to get hold of anyone. I've send them an email, but no response.
If they cannot quote or communicate, I don't think they should be trusted to start or complete anything on time never mind honouring their guarantees!
Utterly useless!
