Waiting for someone to help me at the blinds and curtains department I pushed "call for service" button, and then the wait started, after waiting 20 MINUTES not a single person came past and having pushed the "call for service" again, someone eventually actually walked passed, so I asked if anyone works in this area so he tells me the guy is on lunch!! So no gets service when this one person goes to lunch! There were no signs and anything, I just stood around. To add to my frustration I was carrying my 6month old son who was my this stage getting very sleepy. So the staff member tried to find out where the assistant is, so he called someone on the phone and enquired and then put the phone down, so I asked him whats going on and he tells me the person on the other side put the phone down.. That was the final straw! I proceeded to the managers office who was busy with someone so I went to the Information counter and told the assistant there what just happened and there was NO attempt to try and resolve the situation. I think its pathetic! Very sad because I have spent thousands of rands at BW and a keen home diy kind of person. I will now be finding a hardware to buy my goods.
