I had a 2 bedroom wendy house build through a well known supplier. i could get it cheaper but thought let me rather pay more and have piece of mind. i was told that after 2 weeks i had to treat the outside with waxol and then every six months. i did that. immediately after they put up the wendy the roof started leaking. they came out and fixed where it leaked. i was fine the whole winter when it did not rain but when the rain started again this summer it leaked again. i called them and told them that it is leaking, they asked me if i treated the wood which i told them i did. then they wanted proof of where i bought the waxol. come on who keeps a slip from builders warehouse for waxol unless it is stated in your warranty that you must keep your proof. the owner is not interested after a send numerous emails. i spend R100 000 on something that is only lasting a year because i did not keep a slip. i don't see anywhere in the terms and conditions that i had to keep the slip and also do not know what the wood has to do with the roof. i had to pay cash now that they have their money they are not interested. i find this unacceptable
