At till at E Mart Pinetown & being mis-informed & wrong (me) about pricing on an item I was alrmed @ the amm I was 2 pay, On asking 2 see the invoice, recieving backchat, reluctance and cheek the cashier showed me the invoice while muttering and speaking to her collegue in Zulu. It would seem that u are not entitled 2 c an invoice for purchases u make? The manager, 'Jones', standing nearby, was wittness 2 the situation. Then walks ('Intimidatly'?) arr counter & proceeds 2 simply brush aside any issues i have, with NO attempt 2 resolve them. All this with his chest puffed out and the appearance of tennis under his armpits. Go figure.By this time I have decided that any attempts to try to get Mr Jones or cashier 2 act in an ethical or concern for customer manner is FRUITFULL and i ask if i can just pay and leave. During all this and during the process of paying and leaving the 2 cashiers, Jones and some other workers (I think) of E Mart are discussing in length and aloud about me and the situation. 'Jones' allows all this. As I start putting my cr cd pin in, the cashier is, with no attempt at concealment, looking while I put the pin in. Once again Jones is witness & does NOTHING. WOW
