So after paying for levies loyalty every month, we are being told that the damage on our ceiling (due to poor maintenance of the apartment's waterproofing) cannot be fixed until 2 months have passed and the damage to our TV (which would not have stopped working if the waterproofing was being done and maintained on a regular basis) will not be fixed by them because we need to claim from household insurance. If the flat was properly maintained jn the first place we would not be having such problems. The Chairman of Frenoleen Flat is not helping us at all and expects us to live in such conditions until February next year. Disgusting service indeed!
