Full payment no completion

I bought 2 structures from SM Structures with the agreement it would be delivered to site within 2 weeks I paid 40 % (30% required) deposit. A week later got a email if I pay in full was promised delivery in a weeks time. I paid them in full for speedy erection as requested. It is been 2 months since date of full payment and I am still waiting and dealing with one excuse after another.
