Be very wary of this contractor. He insisted we pay 60% upfront to build our boundary wall and promised it would take two to two and a half weeks. It is now 8 weeks later and we have an incomplete job. Our premises was completely exposed during all this time and looks like a construction site. He is full of excuses and stories. The worst of all is he is rude, argumentative and you can't trust him. When we ask him to commit to a date to finish he responds "I'll finish when I finish! "
When he started our project he also gave the neighbour next door a quote for some work and made them pay 100%. They are an elderly couple in the 80's and the stress he has caused them and us has been unbelievable.
