Happy New Year for some, but Pandea's silence regarding my refund surely does not make my New Year a happy one!
Should you ever consider (hopefully not) doing business with this company, ensure:
a) Obtaining a proof of address from Pandea before you pay a cent to them since the Randfontein Sheriff could not locate them to deliver the court summons; and
b) Pandea expects 50% deposit, and 50% payment on arrival onsite to do the job. Do not pay the 2nd 50% until the job is complete. Do not accept their T&C's! They are the supplier - the customer is KING!
Stay away from this vendor, unless you're willing to part with your hard earned cash!!! Remember, even the Sheriif in Pandea's part of the world could not locate them!
