On the 19th August 2013 I requested a quote for a spa from Classic Spa, Mr Ben Steenkamp.

On the 20th August 2013 I paid a deposit of R 16, 600.00, a 70% deposit into Mr Ben Steenkamps bank account.
Two days later I verbally cancelled the order and on the 30th August 2013 I delivered a cancelled letter to Mr Ben Steenkamps home/office 767 8th Ave Wonderboom South Pretoria South Africa.
On the 3rd September 2013 I met with Mr Ben Steenkamp at my home (I am a tenant) and explained the reason for the cancellation of the spa.
The owner of the property a pensioner had checked with an electrician and discovered that her water and electricity account would be severely affected.
At the end of the meeting Mr Steenkamp promised to repay the R 16, 600.00.
To date I have only received R 5, 000.00.
Please note I never signed a contract or a quote with CLASSIC SPA .MR BEN STEENKAMP
I have on numerous occasions spoken to Mr Steenkamp and he always has excuses.
