After 10 months of trying to get a leak fixed in my bathroom, I was left with a gaping hole in my outside wall where the Drain Surgeon never completed their work. They moved off-site and never even bothered to complete their work or advise what was done. I sent an email last week requesting that they fix it and to date I have not heard a word from them!!! I have a wonderful picture which I would love to upload for everyone to see. I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone! This was not the first complaint that I had with them. Extremely terrible service both during and after!
