To them"self service" means NO service

I needed to buy a kitchen sink. Went to B.W. in Northriding. Sinks were on display but no prices or specs listed. I asked a yellow shirt for some help. He said it was not his department but would call the person responsible. 15 minutes later still no show. Foolishly I tried my luck at Strubens Valley. I asked help desk where they kept the sinks. " in the plumbing section". They were not. Eventually I found them in the building material section but still could not get anyone to assist. I bought at Cashbuild.
