Breaching contract and having a BAD attitude

On the 12th of October I paid over an amount of R8545.00 for fault finding and repairs to this company - last week the timer they placed in stopped working. Since I have a two year guarantee on the work and parts, I phoned them. When I phoned them I got told the wrong timer was used for my geyser size and that I have to pay an additional amount of R1400.00 (est) to get a contactor fitted since my geyser was too big, I said to them I will not pay for this since their electrician was in my roof, did repairs to the geyser and saw the size and should have known he has fitted the wrong timer or that he needed to fit a contactor. I am not the expert they are. After numerous phone calls to get a hold of the owner I finally phoned again yesterday at around three, while talking to the receptionist the owner came online and started shouting at me, saying he will not deal with me as I have no respect, he shouted so loudly my whole office could hear every word. Since then my mum phoned the to find out if they are going to honour their guarantee and was told no, they know nothing of it. I am now getting a new electrician and taking them to small claims to get my money back
