I purchased Vaal close couple toilets from South Plumbing Supplies in Rosettenville. Upon fitment and finding a minor defect, i mentioned this to Gary, the helpful saleman, not exoecting anything further. He stated that Vaal had a service dept, called them, and set up a meeting to resolve defect. I didnt expect much, as service in SA is a thing of the past, what with all the blame shifting. To my delight, and surprise i got a call from Vaal Serv dept and the callout was duly prompt and efficiently carried out by Moses, on time, professionally done, and going the extra mile! He noticed a defect on the 2nd unit and promised to resolve it as well! Well done Vaal! Well done SPS!
