Not only did I immediately receive confirmation of receipt of my email, but also a direct number to call if I needed assistance urgently. And more than that - to my ultimate surprise and delight - only a few hours later, same day, I received a comprehensive response from the owner of LTC Electrical personally, answering my layman questions in detail. The response was substantiated with the appropriate regulations, quoted for my convenience.
